Code Geas Episode 22

Woot! Euphemia goes postal!!!

Synopsis:  In another unexpected twist in this engaging anime, Euphemia accidentally falls under Lelouch’s geas and starts murdering the elevens!

Wow, talk about an amazing plot twist!  During the last episode, I thought the anime was winding down to a possible uneasy settlement between the British, the Order of the Black Knights and the remaining Japanese resistance , but that theory was blown right out of the water by this episode!  Euphie and Lulu have a private l tete-a-tete during before Euphemia’s scheduled declaration to have Section 11 declared a special Japanese Administrative Region, where the Japanese can begin governing themselves.  But in an unexpected turn of events, Lulu loses control of his geas and accidentally suggests/jokes to Euphemia about killing the Japanese people — which she promptly starts doing with gusto!

All hell breaks lose! Even the  master strategist Lulu loses his composure, but true to form, even with tears in his eyes, he tries to make the best of a bad situation by rallying the angry and betrayed Japanese masses against the Empire!
